My current carrer: Field Service Engineer Provides support to the customer through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. Through daily inspection approves operational quality of system equipment. Also serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, and normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
