Created project management organization to support the new Allspring asset management firm. Directed project team to migrate asset management technology, contracts, and services from Wells Fargo to Allspring’s cloud environment by leading full-time and contingent resources in business workstreams. Oversaw the comprehensive staffing design, resource management, capacity planning, and portfolio analysis to transform migration processes into a steady-state operational model aligned with strategic objectives. Managed the design, development, and implementation of custom tools supporting project planning, execution, and executive business intelligence. · Established and led a highly successful contingent resource program, utilizing a self-built SharePoint tool to support integration efforts, resulting in a seamless onboarding/offboarding process for contract workers during the firm’s standup. · Key contributer to the seamless migration of applications and vendors from Wells Fargo data centers to a newly established cloud environment, with zero impact to clients and no downtime.

Developed and implemented strategies and built a sustainable execution plan and high-performing team to transform the Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM) business. Established and staffed project management office, supporting domestic and global asset management business functions. Served as WFAM business leader liaison for Wells Fargo enterprise project management. Designed, developed, and implemented the Initiative Management Portal project management system to capture data, report on firm-wide projects, manage business initiative pipeline intake, track project financials, and optimize resource forecasting and allocation. Created a custom tool to connect disparate system extracts, creating a holistic view of risk and control data and performance metrics across WFAM. · Created a formalized project management organization, in collaboration with key stakeholders, to enable a strategic alignment across a diverse array of business units · Significantly improved tactical planning/execution and on-time/on-budget initiative delivery resulting in a best practice PMO model. · Facilitated project design and execution of the $2.1B asset management business divestiture from Wells Fargo and legal entity stand-up of Allspring Global Investments. · Established the framework for WFAM offices in Paris and Frankfort in advance of United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union, resulting in expanded business and revenue opportunities.

Built and led the project management office (PMO) for insurance business projects, including the development of project managers, tools, and processes. Transformed the insurance operations function and drove revenue growth by aligning methodologies and frameworks to centralize planning and manage project work. Hired project managers, aligned workflows based upon strengths and skillsets, and designed resources to optimize planning, execution, and reporting capabilities. Directed high-performing Agile development team supporting the RCIS crop insurance business. · Achieved 100% on-time, on-budget project completion between 2015 and 2017, with zero compliance risk. · Designed, built, and implemented ProjectPortal, an end-to-end project management system to centralize and automate insurance business project data and reporting. · Served on the Enterprise Patent Council and Insurance Diversity Council; nominated for Enterprise Diversity Champion Award in 2014. · Leveraged data science expertise to automate an array of manual processes, including the Placement Management Tool to automate monthly placement renewal process and Resource Projection Tool to forecast the optimal staff configuration per office.

Managed a portfolio of IT and process improvement projects for enterprise operations including cash vault, lockbox, sweep, and risk operations. Recruited, onboarded, and retained talent, while leading senior project management team. Established a team of scrum masters to support newly implemented agile enterprise methodology. Designed and executed comprehensive operational integration strategy supporting Technology & Operations and Treasury Management functions. · Served as a key contributor for the M&A integration of Wachovia and Wells Fargo · Implemented integration roadmap and developed target operating model for technology and operations.
