* Provide analysis to support the negotiation and development of hospital reimbursement terms with Commercial health plans. * Assist with drafting and review of final contract terms, including hospital rate exhibits and related contract language. * Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the impact on reimbursement of hospital outpatient bundling logic and/or other payment policy changes. * Track key healthcare indices, such as inflation and changes in Medicare and Medicaid hospital payment terms. * Maintain the department’s Sharepoint site for posting outpatient fee schedules, inpatient rates and other key reimbursement terms used for contract modeling. Act as a resource for questions from internal constituents. * Maintain constructive, professional relations both with third party payers in order to effectively represent Partners and with key internal constituents.

Designated by the quality control supervisor to initiate a safer and more efficient way to document patient allergies on medical record charts in the dental department.

Actively maintained and reviewed provider billing forms in a timely manner to efficiently submit all procedure charges and diagnosis in order for claims to be reviewed by payers. -Initiated and consistently monitored a system designed to regulate patient revenue dollars from department copayment amounts for accounting purposes. -Managed the department accounts receivable by posting payments that are sent to our lockbox from both patient families as well as private/public payors. -Exhibited excellent customer service by facilitating communication between patient families, providers and payers, and by resolving any and all billing disputes that may occur.
