-Oversee production workflow and timelines for all vapes produced by the Oklahoma City branch. • Assist with production workflow and timelines for solventless extracts.

Oversee the care and maintenance of: -300 to 500 clones from propagation to rooting -60 lights of vegetative plants leading up to flowering -120 lights (four 30-light rooms) of flowering plants thru harvest

• Collaborate with a small team of 3 to 5 technicians to process 60,000 grams of fresh frozen material per day. Helped to increase production by 100%. • Experiment with a wide array of cultivars grown in a variety of conditions to understand how they react to the solventless process. • Developed SOP for recycling water.

• Oversaw day-to-day operations at one of two storefront locations. • Acted as primary point-of-contact for onsite problem solving. • Received incoming orders from vendors, cross-referenced manifest with METRC, and entered product info into POS. • Used Meadow POS for checking inventory, preparing delivery and order pickups. • Handled all aspects of delivery including order intake, packing, and dispatching drivers. • Acted as caretaker for immature plants being sold at retail storefronts (both clones and teens). • Assisted the head grower in facility’s flower rooms and cultivation center.

-Assist managers in day-to-day operations answering phones, scheduling calendar appointments -Research various artists, venues, festivals in preparation for planning future shows/events -Compile data and one sheets for current artists under management

-Assisted the producer of the Film Independent Forum in preparatory logistics leading up to, and including, the execution of the event -Production Assistant during event -Assisted Film Independent employees from a variety of teams in office

-Directed shoots using DGI Phantom quadcopter drones

-Volunteer photographer For United States Curling Association -Mentor to volunteering high school photo/film/media students

-Official photographer for the 2012 and 2013 seasons of the Global Paintball League held at Outdoor Xtreme Chesapeake City in Chesapeake City, MD.
