I advice on all aspects of Danish tax law with a primary focus on litigation and transactional work. As a member of Plesner's award winning tax group I enjoy the privilege of getting to work on the most complex cases, typically for large cap Danish and international corporate clients. Recent and current personal highlights include litigation assistance in several high value cases regarding transfer pricing issues and Danish dividend and interest withholding taxes as well as complex cross border transactional work regarding inter alia private equity structures and financing structures. I frequently teach tax professionals and have amongst others given lectures under the professional training programmes of the Danish tax authorities as well as the Danish Institute of State-authorized Public Accountants.
