As an accounts assistant, my role involves assisting the accounting department in various tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciling financial records. Making Import and export documents are an essential part of international trade, allowing for the smooth and legal transfer of goods between countries. In the steel industry, these documents are particularly important as they track the origin and destination of steel products, ensuring they meet necessary safety and quality standards. Checking accounts are also crucial in this process, as they keep records of financial transactions related to the import and export of steel, ensuring all parties involved are paid and accounted for. These processes help to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the global steel trade.

As an accountant assistant, I am responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and processing payments. As an administrator, I handle administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies. As a documentation controller, I am in charge of managing and organizing all company documents and ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. As a logistics coordinator, my main role is to oversee the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This involves planning and coordinating shipments, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. I also work closely with various teams such as procurement, production, and sales to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain process. Additionally, I am responsible for tracking and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Overall, my job role as a logistics coordinator is crucial in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.

In my role as a Leasing Agent, I am also responsible for managing the addition and removal of vehicles within the fleet, as well as actively promoting cab services to potential clients. This involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, and fostering partnerships with other businesses in the transportation sector. Through these efforts, I contribute to enhancing the visibility of our services and driving the profitability and growth of the company’s leasing operations.

Our main focus is on the branding and distribution of HP products to various HP stores across Kerala. We strive to promote the HP brand and ensure that their products are readily available to customers throughout the state. By working closely with HP stores, we aim to increase the reach and visibility of their products in Kerala.
