Jaxsta is building the authoritative big data platform for official music industry data. Data is sourced from leading industry sources, combined and cross-referenced to develop a complex database and a web platform to give the world a single source of reliable music metadata. Other key initiative is CRM implementation for Marketing, Business Development and integration with Jaxsta platform. Key Responsibilities: • Develop Agile Delivery model for a relatively new product development team using Prince2 best practices, processes and methodologies; • Develop and maintain Master Program Schedule for all project initiatives critical for product launch, mapping dependencies and defining stage delivery milestones; • Forecasting, monitoring and control of project Cost and Resource requirements; • Working closely with Business stakeholders providing regular project updates through various levels of reporting; • Establish a tailored agile framework, processes and templates for the technical scrum team to enable fast track delivery of specialist products; • Coached the development team on Scrum methodology and estimation techniques; • Elicited CRM requirements from business stakeholders and SME’s by conducting workshops & interviews; • Drafted functional specs for CRM implementation and integration with Jaxsta platform; • Defined Epics and milestones, User Stories by collaborating with Business Stakeholders, • Planned Sprint cycles and its target deliverables; • Run Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives; • Guided business owners and scrum team in grooming backlog; • Developed custom Jira workflows for managing Change Requests, Development tasks and Business tasks; • Migrated data from Pipedrive to ZOHO CRM; • Drafted instructions and processes to help in CRM adoption; • Primary contact for Business and Vendor on all CRM issues; • Site Administrator for Jira, Confluence and ZOHO CRM.
