* Leader of all other lifeguards on duty. * Resolve problems and concerns that guests have and ensure they have a positive experience within the facility. * Lifeguard for groups of up to 30 people with ages varying from infants to senior citizens.

Worked with a diverse team to aid in the integration of products made by a purchased company into the Welch Allyn family of products. This also included rebranding the device to fit with the Welch Allyn image. Integral part of team tasked with exploring options to extend the salable life of a product that had components that had reached the end of their saleable life. Investigated possible causes of high risk product failures and advised the project leader on how the issues could be solved. Contributed to the improvement of the departments Lean Engineering processes by working in a team to design a system that would more easily show the current and future availability of co-ops. The visual solution that we decided on allowed managers to easy see which co-ops had work availability, as well as potential jobs or projects that were needed, in order to more quickly and easily assign jobs to the correct employees.
