• Assist lab technician in conducting uniaxial tension, bending, torsion and column buckling labs • Under supervision of Kari Coleman, provide study strategies for civil engineering courses such as: hydraulics, mechanics of solids, engineering statics, dynamics, linear algebra and calculus • Serve as a role model for students seeking academic assistance and boost confidence by guiding • Conduct review session for a group of 40 students to clarify course content, offer practice problem • Work with other fellow co-workers and supervisor to promote a positive atmosphere and ensure that students get support and leave with a positive experience

• Train up to 5 new employees on taking orders and help them in adapting to new environment • Keeping safety in priority, conduct worksite inspection and safety meetings once a month • Serve customers’ requests and perform conflict resolution during argument

• Won sustainability award for dveloping innovative poster to showcase results of geotechnical research alongside other researchers from across University • Presented the poster in front of judges, students and community members to summarize the objective and results of the research

• In a team of 4, designed and constructed single span bridge using popsicle stick and glue • Paid attention to detail and accuracy for structural efficiency

• Under guidance of Jocelyn Grozic and Jeffery Priest, conducted a comprehensive literature search to identify existing knowledge on strength of gas hydrate using Refworks • Conducted experiments using Attenberg limits, Odometer, Triaxial test to identify characteristics of silt-clay sample such as plastic limit, liquid limit, coefficient of consolidation, shear strength • Analyzed data collected from experiment using Excel, Visio to complete report

• In group of 3, designed an eco-friendly, innovative water filtration system to solve water problem in Nepal keeping in mind the geographic condition and locally available resources • Built prototype using budget under $40, conducted experiment to test functionality as well as feasibility and presented the design before 20 audiences
