Assist the department manager in achieving department volume and productivity goals by developing and executing a business plan, which often includes fun events, contests, and promotions to drive business - Coach salespeople to meet or exceed their goals, as well as ensure they are delivering outstanding customer service - Work with the department manager to ensure merchandising and presentation is optimal for meeting our volume and productivity goals - Lead and manage Brass Plum Fashion Board, a group of 40 high school student interns who meet monthly to learn about fashion, trends, careers in buying, advertising and marketing, styling, and the world of retail

Assistant to the Director of Program and Chapter Development, as well as the Associate Executive Director of Development and Alumni Relations - Founded the Alumni Association’s annual dance marathon philanthropy event, Care-A-Thon, which benefits the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UCI Medical Center - Responsible for coordinating Care-A-Thon each year, which included organizing all performances, the venue and decorations, raffle, marketing of the event (via Facebook, Twitter, posters, fliers, e-mails, campus announcements, and other mediums), catering, and all event activities, as well as working in coordination with the Associated Students of UC Irvine, UCI Greeks, and the UCI Cross Cultural Center - Performed administrative duties and assisted with planning events, such as the Lauds and Laurels Awards Ceremony, Homecoming, and Senior Send-Off Week

* Assistant to the Vice President of Administrative Affairs * Advocated on behalf of students and created programs, such as the Legal Clinic, that enhance the student experience at UC Irvine * Cultivated a strong team spirit amongst the office members by hosting office hours for interns, planning team-building retreats, and coordinating the annual ASUCI Banquet and Awards Ceremony

* Assisted DOJ Senior Spokespersons and the Attorney General’s speech writer by fulfilling administrative duties and editing speeches * Worked closely with journalists and news sources * Performed managerial duties with the Office Manager and Secretary * Associated Students of UC Irvine

Executed marketing campaigns for campus events, such as UCI Welcome Week, UCI’s Shocktoberfest Concert, Homecoming, Wayzgoose Festival, and Reggaefest Concert and Festival - Launched a new video broadcast via YouTube on campus, which quickly became the premier media outlet for student government marketing and publicity - Responsible for updating social media outlets, such as Facebook and Twitter
