• Creating offer letters, requisitions, profiles of the candidates on Taleo • Extending, following up on offer letters and monitoring the current status of candidates among HODs, HR departments and future new hires • Tracking and supervising approval processes within Directors and General Managers • Maintaining Taleo, trackers, posting, renewing, duplicating and closing vacancies • Supervising maintenance of trackers and updating trackers on daily basis • Updating responses of candidates among Departments Head of all departments and enabling access for HODs on Taleo • Sending rejection messages to candidates via Taleo and other channels • Screening, shortlisting and coordinating CVs flow within properties • Conducting Initial interviews and following up on HODs as well as candidates before and after the interview • Arranging and fostering the process of conducting interviews for HODs and Cluster Resourcing Department Head • Requesting and monitoring the process of receiving the references check • Maintaining and enlarging database of candidates, searching for new sources of hiring employees • Preparing month-end reports • Communicating internal Transfers to respective HR managers of each property and posting internal vacancies within the Cluster • Communicating vacancies to candidates via different media tools, social media • Coordinating with Academies / Colleges / schools / agencies for full-time candidates • Organizing and coordinating Resourcing activities and training sessions In charge of: • Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah • Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa • Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort • Al Hamra Village & Residence • Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah Until April 2016 • DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah • DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island
