The context for my practice is to encourage the use of a variety of self care practices to increase feelings of well being and contribute to greater productivity and life satisfaction. I work with individuals as well as facilitate a variety of workshops, including spiritual development. I tailor workshops to group needs. I offer Reiki as a tool for individuals to learn to: cope with stress, manage an illness or chronic condition, recover from loss or a challenging life event, balance life activities, move forward mentally or emotionally or to journey deeper spiritually.
