-Schedule photo sessions in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas -Photograph sessions including engagements, families, special events, newborns, graduations, seniors, maternity and pets -Edit photographs in a timely manner using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop programs

-Create behavior modification plans to meet the needs of clients and their families in various settings -Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to help understand the child’s behaviors and to steer the treatment plan’s goals and interventions -Provide assessment, program design, and monitoring of treatment interventions

-Design individual and small group instruction that is aligned to the Pennsylvania Academic Standards -Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports -Assist with assessments, program planning, and IEP development

-Design activities to help students maintain skills that were learned over the previous school year -Collect data on academic and behavioral IEP goals -Communicate with parents/guardians on student performance

-Implement one-to-one interventions for adolescents within the home or community settings -Utilize Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS) methods and behavioral modification techniques to increase/decrease clients’ target behaviors -Discuss plans and goals for the client with parents and Behavioral Specialist

-Implement strategies, activities, and techniques for promoting quality student performance in both academic and social behavior while following the permanent teacher’s lesson plans -Create and maintain a climate of respect and fairness for all students -Apply appropriate rewards and consequences for student behavior

Masters in Education; Special Ed Certification; 2 years teaching experience at Centennial School of Lehigh University
