I worked at the LNP desk, Service Delivery department, porting in numbers, and doing switch and data programming in several platforms. I coordinated installs with field techs with new loops and dsl equipment. I coordinated lift and lay installs of existing lines with testers that are with other phone companies, I worked in repair, starting trouble tickets internally with Service Now, and externally through portals to other phone companies. This was common to correct issues with telephone lines being installed for us. I'm also familiar with salesforce and click software applications.

Maintained and tracked orders through the local ILECS in california, Oregon and Washington. Worked with Qwest and Verizon, ATT and WorldlCom International. This was for dsl service to be installed in people's homes.

Created and maintained DSL orders through phone companies, until completion. Coordinated with Qwest, Verizon, and Eschelon. Ordered dsl, maintained ip database, and connected our internet service to their dsl connection.

Worked as a disk jockey in the student run radio station, and worked at KGON in Portland as a music researcher, and board operator on their AM side KFXX.
