* Process new hire paperwork for over 3500 associates. * Enter data into company HRIS system, generate reports and interface with payroll daily. * Facilitate weekly onboarding classes for all home office associates. * Maintain I-9’s and files for over 7000 active and inactive associates.

* Managed daily operations, scheduling of clients, daily reports, and product sales. * Maintained inventory through SalonBiz creating PO’s, RO’s and inventory counts, * Coordinated parties in excess of 15, generated referrals and sales from current customers.

* Assisted in mutiple company wide recertifications. * Collected and submitted annual EEOC data for the entire organization. * Audited associate files, collected over 500 missing documents from over 80 Galleries. * Answered emails, employment verifications and calendar management for the HRIS team.

Started weekly computer education classes for residents enabling them with email, and creating financial statements on excel. Personal tutoring on Word, Excel, e-mail and tablets.

* Worked closely to implement an online benefit admin tool for the 2015 open enrollment. * Manage monthly 401k deferrals, eligibility and funding between HRIS, payroll and Fidelity. * Manage benefit enrollments and qualifying events for over 3500 associates. * Audit daily HRIS entries to ensure accuaracy between the HRIS and payroll ADP system. * Led and executed the first Wellness Event for over 600 Home Office associate with 15+ vendors.
