Currently, my role is Assistant Accounting Manager. I create financial reports using BizNet software. Manage projects to update our accounting system with software upgrades and enhancements like becoming paperless with AP and AR files. Instrumental in centralizing invoicing at a corporate level. I am the System Administrator for Sage (FKA MAS200). I maintain the system internally and work with our partner on upgrades and complex integration between systems. Over the last 8 years, I've also held the positions of ServiceMax System Administrator, AR Coordinator and Sales Tax Accountant. ServiceMax System Administrator - I helped to design and develop a field service system for our entire company. Create integration between ServiceMax, our accounting system, Sage and our internal reporting system. Establish internal processes and generate training documents for the company. AR Coordinator - Prepared customer invoicing, helped to review and enhance internal procedures to create efficiency and generate month-end reporting for management. Sales Tax Accountant - Filing all sales tax returns for the company, prepare for and resolve all stats audits.

Prepare Income & Franchise Returns in the Domestic Tax Deparment

Worked at the processing center to process payments. Lots of keypad data entry experience to enter and balance batches.
