Responsible for the collection of data, surveys, evaluations, documentation of activities for reporting requirements, in accordance with contractual agreements and policies and procedures.

* Greet guests, act as concierge/hotel day security, assist with luggage (check-in and check-out), and deliver newspapers/toiletries/packages/etc. to guest’s rooms. * Retrieve and park cars in valet. * Operate hotel shuttle and drive guests to desired locations.

* I helped guests choose and find items in the store. * Unlike other employees I worked in all departments. I was able to learn a lot about sporting goods to ensure customers had a good understanding of what they were getting. * I attached items to products being bought to ensure the customer would have as great an experience as possible. This also allowed our store to sell more.
