Exterior building responsibilities (504-acres): Managed the supplier base for the grounds of the Chrysler Headquarters and Technology Center (commonly referred as CTC). Oversaw landscaping (lawns, gardens, hardwoods), irrigation systems, athletic fields, walking paths, and snow removal. Interior building responsibilities (5.5 MSF): Directed the supplier base for the interior of Chrysler Headquarters and Technology Center (CTC) for the following activities: Elevator/escalator maintenance and repair (84 elevators/escalators), corporate art restoration/cleaning, trash removal, recycling, pest control, vent cleaning, window/glass cleaning, and carpet/floor cleaning.

Generate Req/Rels to procure labor and services to upgrade/maintain the core and shell of Chrysler's Auburn Hills complex. Partner with Purchasing to update Blanket Purchase Orders. Utilize the NPIC system to create NPM codes and order material. Follow-up with suppliers on past due orders. Assist suppliers with invoice/payment issues. Train Manufacturing staff on req/rel creation. Team member on the WCM Customer Service & Logistics Pillar. Provided Facilities Customer Service support to CTC/CHQ tenants.

Collaborate with Purchasing to negotiate and select Food Service suppliers for Chrysler at U.S. and Canadian locations. Create and distribute RFP packages, attend bid meetings, complile supplier data, and participate in the supplier selection process. Team with Purchasing, Human Resources, and suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate contract extensions. Assist suppliers with invoicing issues. Generate financial reports to determine a supplier's profitability.

Educate, maintain and distribute artwork and usage guidelines for the DaimlerChrysler logotype and the Corporate brand marks. Work with internal and external customers to provide accurate information on Corporate image. Provide graphic and stationery support to Grade Band 97 and above executives. Played an active role in the Dealership Identification program, which included new dealership signage for NAFTA and International markets. Created usage guidelines for the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brand marks.
