We spent one year traveling as globetrotters around the world . We went through: Russia, Trans-Siberian to China, From Beijing to Hong-kong by train, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Neaw Caledonia, New Zeeland, Tahiti and finaly 45'000 miles arround USA with a small VW campeing car.

* Responsible for the development of a business based on the Colibrys MEMS capacitive accelerometers. * Consolidation of the technology and growth of the business. * This product line became the main business for Colibrys in 2004

* Director of the Photronics manufacturing site from Neuchatel in Switzerland. * Small site from Photronics with 24 people, manufacturing photolmasks for microelectronic applications 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. * Following a company reorganization, this site has been converted into a dataprep service center in January 2000.

Following the acquisition of Litomask (departement from CSEM) by Photronics, I took the full responsibility for the manufacturing of Photomasks in the new Swiss manufacturing site of Photronics.

Responsible for the Marketing & Sales of Litomask. The clear objective was to become independant or to be acquired by an independant and industrial partner. We did succeed in March 1996 when we have been acquired by Photronics.

I started my prefessional activity as engineer, specialist of electron beam lithography. I had to manage both the production of standard photomasks and the development of submicron structures, generated by direct write electron beam lithography
