Ensure the successful and timely integration of the company's Warehouse Management System

Functions include inter alia: 1. Working daily in a multinational environment (28 NATO nations and Partner nations) at the Politico-Strategic levels 2. Canadian representative to the NATO Consultation, Command and Control (C3) Board, a committee that sets IT policies, standards and profiles 3. Canadian representative to the Agency Supervisory Board (ASB) for the NATO Communication and Information Organization, the NATO agency responsible to provide IT support to NATO 4. Advisor to Canadian Permanent Representative and Military Representatives to NATO on IT, Cyber.

Functions included inter alia: • Leading and managing an organization of 300 + personnel civilian and military that offered IT services to more than 12,000 users dispersed over a client base of more than 60. • Dealing successfully with many personnel management issues with various Labour Unions. • Analyzing the Departmental strategic orientations with regard to the delivery of information management and information technology services in support of operations. This included the provision of operations and intelligence information systems. • Conceiving and implementing a strategic plan based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to position the organization advantageously relative to severe departmental financial restrictions as well as to increase its overall efficiency in service provision. • Overseeing the project management aspects of several Area level IM/IT projects.

Functions included inter alia: • Leading and managing an organization of 225+ personnel offering Information Technology (IT) services to a 5000 + personnel brigade elements. • Leading and directing the innovation of IT capabilities within the brigade which was recognized as the spearhead of digitization within the Canadian Army. This enabled it to effectively deploy Canada’s first fully-digitized Brigade HQ and Battle Group. • Awarded an Army Commander’s commendation for the strategic impact of the work done in the digitization of the brigade and for what eventually became the Army’s digitization.

• Developed the initial longer term requirements for the Canadian Army Life extension near and long term IT Systems. As such, played a key role in the acquisition of the high bandwidth tactical data radios and the acquisition of our tactical Air/Ground/Air radio replacement projects. • Key member of the TACOMS Multinational project that developed interoperability standards for NATO. Was a key player that identified the shortcomings of the consortium in meeting the contractual deliverables and drafted a contingency plan to mitigate project extension. • Played a vital role in developing the prototyping and testing community for the TACOMS standards; an approach widely used by other similar multi-national initiatives.

Functions included inter alia: • Successfully saw to the delivery (fielding) of a $1.8B communication Major Capital Project (Tactical Communication Command and Control System (TCCCS)) which delivered more than 5000 vehicles equipped with extremely complex communication systems. • Planned, coordinated and directed the work of a more than 60 personnel organization. • Coordinated solving complex engineering issues with various organizations and industries.

Functions included inter alia: • Managing IT (C4ISR) support to operations and exercises conducted by LFQA resources. • Analyzing and resourcing IT (C4ISR) requirements for Area units and formations.

Functions included inter alia: • Planning and managing the operations of a 230+ personnel Signals Squadron and successfully deploying multi-million dollar C4ISR tactical systems in support of unit and Brigade operations. • Executing similar duties within a Multinational Brigade during an operational deployment to Bosnia, Former-Yugoslavia
