WORLD VISION RWANDA Title: Community Facilitator & Translator (Hanika Ejo Heza Project) period: 1 Year( 2021) Project Facilitation: Managed child well-being and community empowerment initiatives within the Nyamasheke District. Strategic Initiatives: Coordinated the "Chosen" sponsorship program, empowering children to lead their own development journey. Global Communication: Served as a lead Translator, bridging communication between international stakeholders and local communities. Quality Control: Supervised technical production processes and storage to meet strict company and international export standards. Operational Oversight: Directed the end-to-end wet processing cycle, including cherry reception, pulping, fermentation, and washing, to ensure peak station efficiency. Quality Control (QC): Enforced stringent grading and flotation protocols to eliminate defects and meet NAEB (National Agricultural Export Development Board) and global buyer specifications. Team Leadership: Managed and mobilized large teams of production workers, maintaining high standards of discipline, safety, and productivity. Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinated post-harvest handling and drying bed management to preserve the flavor profile of the coffee for international export. Performance Monitoring: Conducted daily productivity tracking and reported operational outcomes to senior management, ensuring all daily export targets were achieved.

At the University of Rwanda, Huye Campus, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Literature (2022–2025). During my studies at the University of Rwanda, I developed a diverse range of skills, including Communication Mastery: Specialized in advanced linguistic structures and literary analysis, enhancing professional writing and verbal communication skills.
