Pricing negotiation processes and use of creative ways to drive costs down through establishing long-term and valued base agreements. Process improvement is integrated with stakeholders to reduce costs and enhance service levels. Elaboration and participation in strategic agendas such as Budget, Results Report, Operational Workshop, and high-level alignments engaged with the Global team and other BAs. Vendor management, market review, and contract negotiations.

 Responsible for Latin America's MRO (Logistics Services) and Real Estate categories.  Negotiate and manage Contracts, implement BID processes, and Sourcing Boards presentations.  Achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes by establishing solid relationships with vendors.  Supplier development, Agreement implementations, monitoring status, and modifying strategies.  Budget planning and Monthly Results control of Latin America IM&S Department.  Continuous Improvement Agent in Process Transformation Initiatives.
