Appointed CEO of AT-PAC following the full sale of the business in January 2023. Lead the global operating platform and serve as a member of the Executive Board of Umdasch Industrial Solutions. Responsible for leading a ~500 employee, multi-branch organization delivering scaffolding rental, sales, and services to contractors, EPCs, and asset owners worldwide. Operations span seven international regions with legal entities across the USA, Canada, Latin America, the UK & Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Key Focus Areas: ▪Led post-acquisition integration while preserving AT-PAC’s identity and operating autonomy, positioning the business as the flagship platform within the holding division. ▪Drove global expansion to ~36 physical locations, including the establishment of regional distribution hubs ▪Implemented a scalable organizational structure and shared services model to support rapid branch growth ▪Deployed significant capital to expand the rental asset base and execute targeted acquisitions ▪Integrated systems and processes across legacy, newly established, and acquired entities to unlock operational synergies ▪Continued investment in marketing, supply chain, technical capability, and product innovation to support global customers and complex projects

Responsible for global operations and P&L oversight across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Latin America, and the Netherlands. Led supply chain, engineering, and corporate support functions, with direct involvement in operational scaling, acquisitions, and the transition from founder-led ownership to a multinational, high-governance environment.

Led P&L and growth for USA and Canada operations, scaling branch infrastructure, rental assets, and commercial capability across multiple markets. Established Global Site Solutions as a sister company, creating direct commercial relationships with EPCs and asset owners, and building the operational foundation that supported subsequent international expansion and acquisition activity.

Appointed Executive Vice President of Umdasch Industrial Solutions (UIS), a newly established division and holding company within the Umdasch Group, created to drive growth through strategic acquisitions in the scaffolding and industrial sector. Serve on the Executive Board of UIS while retaining my role as CEO of AT-PAC, the flagship operating company and platform business for the division following its acquisition by the Umdasch Group in 2023. Hold divisional responsibility for the global market and sales organization, driving organic expansion and commercial strategy for future acquisitions across the UIS platform.
