Headway helps you find therapists and prescribers who take your insurance. I joined Headway to help people find life-changing care, in a way that feels supportive, human, and even magical. I PM’ed the team that launched Headway’s first patient intake experience from the ground up, and also rebuilt the core provider search and profiles UX during my time at the company.

Advising founder on product development for the Artemis device — a game-changing physical safety product.

I supported the CEO and executive team on product strategy.

Backed by Lightspeed. I brought in the initial design and mobile engineering talent and worked with the founders to brainstorm, prototype, and build a strategy for the MVP native iOS app. Collaborating with a stellar team of e-commerce executives and leaders from Casper, StitchFix, Gap Inc, and Wayfair, I built the product design function and supported key company-building, marketing, and operations activities during the earliest phases of the business to initial user acquisition milestones.

The Batch product and IP were acquired by the founders of Netrush. I continue to support on strategy.

Backed by Coatue, Alexis Ohanian (776), the Chainsmokers (Mantis), and other leading firms and angels. We built a mobile platform serving direct-to-consumer brands and entertainment professionals. I recruited a world class team with experience at companies like Meta, Uber, and Square. Batch makes physical products and shared environments instantly shoppable via QR code and NFC tag, using a cutting-edge, native app experience built around iOS App Clips.

Backed by Founders Fund, Sequoia, 8VC. Designed and built Citizen’s central operations team from the ground up, including an incident management system, and managed all RF infrastructure across multiple cities and data centers. Led product development for the iOS and Android apps as we searched for PMF. Designed, built, and mass-produced a custom, 3D-printed RF scanner with a 3-person engineering team, and signed a distributed radio-hosting partnership that unlocked the company's rapid expansion nationwide. I was directly involved in standing up most other core company functions during the first 4 years of the company — recruiting, fundraising, data analytics, PR, paid marketing, customer success, internal training programs, etc.

Hired as part of launch team for GA’s DC campus. Promoted to run ops for GA’s $30m flagship product after 4 months, moved to NYC, then took on the PM role for the program. Improved NPS by ~42% in ~1 yr and supported launch of 5 new cities.

Served government and Fortune 100 clients, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Functional roles included M&A integration, healthcare PMO, process automation, and tech modernization strategy.
