Mechanical Systems engineers are trained to be able to design machines, equipment, structures or any type of mechanical system incorporating different technologies, while taking into account all data concerning the life cycle of the product, from preliminary project to manufacturing process and final recycling. UTC interacts with society and industry by anticipating companies R&D requirements and facilitating professional insertion, thanks to educational values based on students' autonomy and interdisciplinary research. Throughout its history, UTC has remained innovating, imaginative and a model for change, responding to environmental stakes and industrial needs. UTC aims at training students who will manage successfully the interactions between technology, man and society in a globally competitive environment.
