- Plan and execute strategies to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide Multi-Function Printers (MFP) and IT solutions (software), ensuring excellent after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries, comments, and feedback. - Build and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients. - Manage 20 key accounts across various industries, including Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare Providers (HCPs), Real Estate, and Financial Institutions. - Collaborate regionally across multiple business units, working closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Support teams to drive business growth.

❖ Work as an Internship, learned all process for logistic & supply chain (1/6/2020 - 30/9/2020) ✓ Inbound (Receiving of goods, return goods from client, assign damage goods to damage & expired goods department) ✓ Operation (Arrange manpower to loading pallet to racking, Learn to pick goods based on picking list, Learn to do as a Checker to ensure the goods collect/picking correctly) ✓ Outbound (Issue SIN, Invoice, Sales Return & Picking List, Update employees’ attendance, Arrange truck & third party logistic for delivery, Issue own collection customer) ✓ Warehouse admin (Key in data/goods receiving {DMS system}, Arrange goods that require return to principal, photo shooting for written off of goods and email to principal, Monitor cycle/monthly/yearly stock counting, Figure out reason of shortage/extra of goods) Work as a contract staff, focus on handle daily stock count and ensure warehouse follow logistic SOP (2/11/2020 – 15/1/2021) ✓ Handle of cycle/monthly/yearly stock counting ✓ Reason of extra/shortage of goods via stock counting ✓ Report to Logistic Manager for daily stock counting ✓ Ensure all warehouse assistant is follow warehouse SOP ✓ Arrange for written off of goods and email to principal ✓ Issue Verbal warning to warehouse assistant (always picking error, no follow SOP)
