Région de Paris, France
Project 1 (October 2017 to January 2018) - Redesign of the accorhotels.com customer area Within the Customer - CRM Service division, I worked as part of the feature team set up for the redesign (E-commerce, CRM, marketing, UX/UI designers, developers) and carried the customer data collection needs. Objective: to improve the experience of Le Club AccorHotels member customers on this platform and enrich customer knowledge. To achieve this, we were looking at the need for data collection throughout the customer journey (at the hotel, in the booking hallway, lifecycle emails and in the customer area). We released a new customer account, more streamlined and designed, with a few new data collection fields. Project 2 (January - October 2018) - Junior Product Owner on a B2B product called ACDC (the customer record shared between all hotels & customer service teams). Objective: continuously improve the product to make hoteliers' daily lives easier. I collected the needs of the various users, and studied them to ensure a prioritization of the backlog that would create value for users. We took care of the entire design phase, monitoring integration with acceptance and production testing phases, as well as product communication (release notes). On this project, I was also in charge of moderating content entered by users in view of GDPR compliance requirements prior to the adoption of an automated solution. I also had a number of other one-off assignments, such as : - Competitive intelligence: full benchmarking of competitor and non-industry customer spaces. - Coordination of in-house teams on certain projects (e.g. bug tracking) - Building needs and arguments (bench, user tests, etc.) - Organization of in-house workshops to gather business requirements
