Graduate in Computer Science Graduate Degree in Software Engineering Concluded in 2021 the Emerging Leaders Program at Tokio Marine Group. I have over than 20 years of experience in IT, most of them has been focused on disciplines related to systems development, process improvement and project/team management. I am a very determined person and my purpose is to be disciplined and solver through correct, rational and logical attitudes to be remembered as a good example of person. My mission is to strive and dedicate myself to promote people development even if it means taking them out of their comfort zone. I wish to be an example for my family and my team through hard work and following the right path. I have been improving myself in skills that involve communication, innovation, interpersonal relationships and leadership. I believe that the improvement of self-awareness and the constant search for better ways to engage and inspire people are key pieces to be successful in forming high-performance teams to overcome corporate and personal challenges.
