I have 2 decades of combined engineering and leadership experience, I launched 10+ vehicles in mass production volumes with over 6 millions vehicles on the road today, and I lead the design and engineering of Moxion Power's first mass production product, a mobile rechargeable energy storage unit. I am passionate about developing and launching competitive and innovative products in electric vehicle domains. I ship high-quality products and solutions within the automotive and energy storage sectors by driving innovation. As Director of Hardware Engineering, I currently manage and mentor an organization of 31 professionals (25 directs + 6 contractors), including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, designers, and managers. I also drive the development of next-generation products, balancing trade-offs between performance, cost, quality and time to market.
