After a few years of helping grow another company from 3 to 22 people and sales from $500K to over $4 Million a year, I decided to help of some friends and associates start HighRoad Solution. HRS is a consulting/sales organization that specializes in meeting a client specific needs. We work with multiple vendors for all of our services and select the one that will work best for our clients unique requirements.

Help CPI grow from the basement of the owners house, to an organization that has made a name for itself in the Association community. I was responsible for the conferencing program and consistently grew that part of the business year after year after year. I also developed new revenue streams including Web conferencing and Virtual Meetings.
