As Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Global Sourcing, Quality and Supply Chain Development, Manufacturing, Product Integrity, Inventory, Operations and Process Improvement teams for a global integrated supply and distribution company. As SVP Strategic initiatives, responsible for leading and implementing the strategic initiatives for the company.

Responsible for leading the sales and commercial operations teams to deliver accelerated and greater than market growth. The sales team includes the verticals of Multi-Family, Hospitality, Healthcare and Institutional and the commercial operations team consists of Merchandising and Global Sourcing, Marketing and e-Business and Data Integrity and Compliance. Additional responsibilities include oversight of USABlueBook, an industrial distribution company in the water and waste-water segment and Facilities Maintenance Canada.

Lead a team of Vice Presidents and Sr Directors with responsibility for the businesses Merchandising and Global Sourcing, Marketing, e-Business, Sales Support and Customer Experience functions as well as for our USABlueBook and FM Canada businesses.

As Vice President of Merchandising and Global Sourcing, responsibilities included product assortment, pricing, sourcing and category growth strategies. Team managed over ~$1B in purchases and over 600 vendor partners. Accountable to deliver profitable growth in excess of market and margin expansion year over year. Successfully delivered >400bps margin expansion during my tenure by executing strategies for pricing, direct imports, proprietary brands, product mix, new items and virtual SKUs.
