Taught cooking skills to children, ages 4-12, in full day camp setting. Led morning circle time, cooking instruction of 3-4 recipes daily, organized supplies and shopping of ingredients. Supervised assistant instructors and counselors in training. Served as a liaison with camp facility staff.

Assisted the chef in all aspects of class preparation, scaling ingredients, assembling equipment for participants.
