Accountable for the global business strategy, asset management and financial performance (P&L) of the USD$800MM portfolio. Decides resource allocation for the business including capital investment. Prioritizes structural initiatives across all aspects of the business. Owns the participation strategy and growth initiatives, including M&A activities. Manages co-producer relationships, strategic sourcing and third party agreements.
