I worked at Preschool as a supervisor, trainer and supported the management with Continued Professional Development training them in logistics, Streamlining, Performance Appraisals, IT and improving strategies within the business. This also included working with multi-agencies such as social services, health visitors, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and professional bodies for example Preschool Learning Alliance and the Early Years Advisory Service. Additionally, I worked for a local school for 18 months in a parent liaison role assisting a child on a 1:1 basis who was involved in a serious child protection issue. Again, I was working directly with multi agencies due to the seriousness of the case.

Additionally, I support and teach colleagues with CPD courses for instance BTEC's such as Customer Services, Business and Administration and Team Leadership. I have previously mentored students from local colleges with similar courses with the additional courses including Child Care and Functional Skills in English and Maths in the work place at Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and I do private tutoring for all students at all levels outside school hours.
