I was an Outside Industry Manager at Jobing.com, South Florida's local hometown community job board. There I developed relationships with small to medium sized companies in the South Florida market. I managed over 50 accounts and helped them with their overall recruiting strategy, provided insight on the latest web 2.0 trends and ensured they were satisfied with our services. I also was active in several networking events and helped to build the brand everywhere I went.

I was responsible for creating overall marketing strategy for college recruiting by attending several Florida and out of state universities. I pre-screened, interviewed and presented offer letters to over 50 candidates in both Sales and Operations. Planned orientation sessions, co-ordinated weekend retreats "Weekend in the City" and attended several HR training courses.
