Assisted with the creation of governance decks, data classification forms, and intake forms, researched methods for connecting REST APIs to external applications, helped clients achieve business objectives and managed operational risk by identifying relevant KPIs and dashboards, and collaborated and communicated with Deloitte team members and client stakeholders.

Partnered with SER Jobs and Bank of America to update and confirm alumni contact information through the use of surveys and conducted online searches for alumni that could not be reached.
