I've spent over 30 years doing one thing: making photographs that tell the truth about a moment. As a staff photographer at The Philadelphia Inquirer, I covered Super Bowls, Olympics, and championship runs for every major professional sport — and was twice named a Pulitzer Prize finalist for team Spot News coverage. My work appeared in Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, People Magazine, USA Today, and other outlets around the world. That photojournalist's instinct — for the unguarded moment, the telling detail, the image that works at any size — is exactly what I bring to institutional and commercial visual storytelling today. For the past 15+ years, I've served as the on-retainer institutional photographer for some of the most respected independent schools on the Main Line and across the Philadelphia suburbs — including Friends' Central School, The Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, The Grayson School, Delaware Valley Friends School, Barrack Hebrew Academy and The Baldwin School. I understand how photography feeds the full communications and admissions lifecycle.
