As an Information Technology Engineer, I am part of the team that delivers IT infrastructure and technical support to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of the systems and networks. I have over two years of work experience in the IT field, having previously worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at Hitachi Systems India Pvt Ltd, where I troubleshooted and resolved issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity. I have also developed skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, which I use to create and present reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders. I graduated with a Diploma of Education in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shree H.H.J.B poly. College in July 2021, where I learned the fundamentals of electronics and communication systems. I am passionate about IT and its applications in different domains, and I strive to keep up with the latest trends and technologies.
