I am Jayendra Diwan, Director of Bonenkar Implants Pvt Ltd & Mobilimb Prosthesis Pvt Ltd. We have an Excellent team of Mechanical Engineers, Orthopedic Surgeons, Biologists, Clinical trial associates, and Regulatory managers. We have a full setup for Manufacturing, In-house R&D, Clean Rooms & Microbiology/Biological testing. We have been manufacturing Basal Dental Implants (Patented & doing well in the dentistry market for 4 years). In the past, I have developed many innovative products. Like Ossipro Gentamicin Eluting Orthopedic Implants (patented and Collaborated with Matrix Meditech in 2010). The drug-eluting implant is a proactive solution to overcome the risk of infection. Implants are coated by a unique combination of antibiotic drug Gentamicin and biodegradable polymeric carrier Poly (D, L- Lactide). Ossipro Implants give sustained release of Gentamicin for up to 1 month. The total loading of antibiotics on the implant surface is 100 to 200 milligrams depending on the size of the orthopedic nail or plate. OSSIPRO leads to a very high local drug level without achieving systemic drug concentration, and its fully biocompatible, Osteoconductive, and biodegradable coating eliminates the need for secondary surgery to remove a carrier. I developed and patented a Titanium Middle Ear prosthesis in 2007. At that time we were the first in entire Asia. I developed and patented a new design in Carbon fiber Prosthetic foot in 2015. We have been manufacturing Below knee and above-knee mechanical prosthetic legs for the amputee who lost their biological leg. With this prosthetic leg, an amputee can do daily activities independently like walking, running, dancing, stair climbing, and performing routine activities in the office or factory. We kept the selling price very low and sometimes we donate Prosthetic legs depending on the economic condition of the amputee. Right now We are doing extensive research in orthopedics. Like Vancomycin & Tobramycin Eluting Orthopedic Implants, Controlled Micromotion Plates, Anatomical Plates, and some innovative orthopedic screws. We always want to make a good difference in the life of patients. I am more interested in academics and slightly in commercials. Apart from my business, I am a Parkour and Gymnastics athlete. Also doing Tree & Rock Climbing.
