I am currently holding the position Assistant technical manager in Exabytes Capital Group after since December 2014, currently working on the support team which handles day to day cases & issues from various companies and branding under the capital group. Currently working on the escalation department, which involves complicated/complex issues on web or email application which taking a number of hours to be done and also to monitor day to day case load among the members. Also, to ensure that all cases would be managed well and resolved on time. I am keen to learn more about information technologies and explore further, willing to face new challenges in order to grow my knowledge and skills. Currently pursuing PMP certification and seeking transition to project management role/position
