• Led the leadership hiring team to hire more than 14 leadership positions (Vice president, Director and Key management position) within 12 months of assuming the role • Led the campus team to establish relationships with premier schools and hired more than 50 positions from IITs and IIMs for various roles across all business functions at Target.

• Managed the deliveries for Point of Sale, one of the critical business functions for Target.

• Designed and developed and successfully delivered one of the first major programs at Target India.

• Software Design, development and testing of software products in software version management (Merant) and location services space (Autodesk)

• Architected, designed and implemented a front office high volume mutual IPO processing application (MFUND/ISS) using Java web stack and oracle as the storage. ISS was successfully developed and implemented in mutual fund companies across India and Malaysia.
