The Company sells these products to various segments across various industries, including corporate and business houses. The Company’s plant is located at GIDC Industrial Estate, Ankleshwar, Gujarat.

Job Description 1.Production planning Providing Technical Support and In Process Trouble Shooting for operating projects as well as ongoing process for smooth Running of the operation. 2. Supervised the quality Control Function covering in coming materials, in process sampling, testing and quality control of finished products, also supervising the Daily Ore characterization. 3. Develop the new process flow sheet and conducted feasibility study for different ore Feed to plant for facilitating continuous improvements, in operation and targeted cost reduction. 4. Managed all administrative preparation of budget, procurement and inventory controls of chemicals, glassware and instruments, maintance of housekeeping and safety standards and training and development of team member. 5.Prepare MIS to management and Daily Techiniocal Report to Senior Management. 6.New Process flow sheet develop for the different value-added products through Hydrometallurgical process and pilot plant running to ensure the consumption and validating the quality of the desired product and also Monitoring the manufacturing Process parameters and provide guidelines for achieving targeted quality levels as well the Qty. 7. Co-ordinate with Geology Dept. for sampling and Analysis of drill hole samples and also with external Consultants for mineral beneficiation and different clients for quality issues of Final Product. 8. Auditing the Process parameters as and when required to ensure the smooth Running of the operation and Resolve quality issues with suppliers and clients through technical discussion and ensure good relation. Also Coordination with different third party agencies like SGS, ASAC, and AHK etc. For assay Confirmation

Job Description 1. In Process Trouble shooting.Identifyy the root cause of the process problem and provide appropriate solution for the smooth running of the process Plant. 2. Working on the Ammoniac Leaching of Ore and Minerals of Katanga region and development of Process flow sheet for recovery of Co and Cu. 3. Worked and established a typical Reverse Circuit to produce Co metal by purifying the Elements of Mn and Mg,and ca. 4. Audit the process Plant Parameters as when required by the Manage ment. 5. Maintaining the process by validating the process by running the pilot plant with different process parameter. 6. Optimizing various Analytical Procedure for Accuracy of the results of the Final Product.

Job Description. 1. Technical Coordinator for the Cobalt Metal Powder manufacturing Plant from Ores and 2ndary waste .Coordinate with different Vendor for the equipment and its installation. 2.Leader and core Team member in AVIS in in errection and commissioning and establishing the Co metal Plant from ore and different Co bearing material using latest technology of SX and EW. 3. Heading the Production and Coordinate with Externa Consultants for the Co project. 4. Manage the Budget and all administrative work of the organization

Job Description 1. One of the Core Team Member in development of Metal Division of Rubamin Ltd and involved deeply in the Development of Co metal from 2 ndary waste. 2. In Process Trouble Shooting for ensuring the Smooth Running of the Operation. 3. Develop the process for Co Metal production using Hydrometallurgy techiniques utilizing SX-EW From different Complex Materials. 4. In house process Modification and validating it on Pilot scale and Supervising its implementation on Commercial Plants for smooth Running of the plant. 5. Pilot Plant testing of different process developed using SX.Testing and characterization of solvents for commercial suitability. 6. Develop the process for many value added product of Co and Ni. 7. Supervise and provide Guidelines to process when new process is Commisioned.. in Commercial scale. 8. Worked on tantalum and Niobium and Zr from different ores and element bearing material. 9. Coordinate with clients for different quality issues of the products . 10. Develop many products of Co and Cu for the different clients for approval
