Jayant Singh

I am Agricultural Science graduate from BHU and an MBA from IIMAhmedabad, after being a top ranker and gold medalist through college I joined EY’s public sector consulting arm (Agriculture practice). With over two years of experience in EY, I have honed my skills in collaborating with government and public sector clients, including the Ministry of Agriculture, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the Government of Odisha, and the Government of Nagaland. My stint at EY has exposed me to both domestic and international projects, including projects in Uzbekistan and Nigeria. Some notable projects include, Food fortification study in Nigeria, PPP for pump modernisation in Uzbekistan, PMU for horticulture cluster development programme and Development of Agri-tech smart farms and Farmer skill and incubation center in Odisha and Development on PPP. I actively contribute to business development directly engaging with central and state government clients, participating in RFP responses, crafting technical proposals, and spearheading proactive business development initiatives for the team. In the last two years, I have developed new solutions for cooperative empowerment, SHG incubation and acceleration, agriculture value chain financing, and state seed corporation restructuring based on PPP models. Beyond professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about poetry and stargazing, which provide me with endless inspiration.
