·        Production (Li-Ion Battery) ·        Responsible for Lithium Ion Battery & Cells Characteristic performance, End of Line (EOL) Activities, Charge & Discharge Process. ·        Responsible of Reliability Test of Lithium Ion Battery & cells and setting of EOL test requirement. ·        Responsible for Forecasting Analysis for battery Pack characteristic. ·        Responsible for PDU Test in the Chroma Cycler after completion of vehicle charge.   ·        Knowledge on cell and battery processes and related quality systems. ·        Responsible of implementing the Initial Flow Management plan (SPC). ·        Train the Operator and mapping of Skill matrix to all the Operators. ·        Commissioning of machines and proveout of the machines to meet the daily required targets with the supplier. ·        To give training and awareness about Quality objectives, Kaizen, Zero Defect (ZD), 5S, Safety, MSDS for the Operators & Also Employee Safety.   ·        Review materials availability with stores periodically and coordinates with the procurement department to ensure availability of required materials as per the production schedule. ·        Executed AGV in the shopfloor for easy movement of materials to feed the machines. ·        Coordinating with Projects & ME team to set-up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. ·        Mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions by continuous improvement. ·        Promoting the Production & Safety with mantra “SAFETY FIRST , PRODUCTION MUST”. ·        Ensuring all the MSDS sheet ,Formats, Check sheet, OPL available at every working station. ·        Implementation of  Barcode system for Easy movement from station to station & layout for Inward process flow, Mainly focused on Elimination of Scrap. ·        Executed Various Semi Automated Assembly lines to minimize the manpower & improve productivity.

Working in production role and controlling the manpower and creating the awareness to the operators about the products and conducting meetings on daily basis ...and also telling about safety requirements ... Responsible for manpower planning, Scheduling type wise production to achieve monthly plan, Machine wise manpower allotment , Following FIFO, Achieving production with zero defects, Ensuring 5s in shop floor, Carry out regular safety Inspections, Working towards zero accidents and near misses.Focusing on SKU( Stock Keeping Unit). Coordinator of IIOT Projects in the plant.
