THE KARUR VYSYA BANK LTD 2007-to-2011 Divisional IT- Manager: Contributed in successful drive of entire bank into CBS implementation along with branch growth and corporate goals. Maintained a team of five IT officers and assisted them along with active participation in infrastructure assessment and preparedness for CBS. Key Accomplishments:  Drove the post-acquisition operations conversion of all the branches into CBS. Maintained fully operational systems, including technology, security and vaults.  Delivered basic product training, security, role segregations and operational procedures to the employees in CBS.  Built a team of technical professionals to study the work flow study of operational crises after implementation of CBS and proven successful in smooth conversions of the branches operations into CBS THE KARUR VYSYA BANK LTD 2003-to-2007 Assistant Manager -Payment gateway: Managed a team of five technical specialists who oversee procedures,operations and implementation of payment gateway which includes the packages like Swift, RTGs & NEFT. Acquiring appropriate equipment and arranging the entire structure for operational convenience successfully. Key Accomplishments:  Organised and implemented RBI payment gateway packages.  Post production activities like documentation, user-training, backup, Disaster Recovery plans, administration, role segregation and other monitoring activities.  Created and implemented detailed survey for introducing the straight through process in RTGS & NEFT.
