Instrumental in creating workflows and processes to ensure an exceptional After Sales Service experience. Areas of responsibility include Customer Service, Data Entry, Evaluation, Repair, Parts (50,000+ line items), Inspection, Quality Control and technical material creation/implementation. Highlights of experience: Multi-disciplined and proficient in Customer Service, Repairs, Estimating, Parts Procurement/Forecasting, Refurbishing, Quality and Technical Writing Interface with all levels of the organization both domestic and international to ensure an optimal Customer Experience. Envision, develop and deliver consumer oriented product documentation and support materials. Develop and maintain Customer Service intranet site. Develop and maintain technical databases utilized throughout the company. Coordinate parts procurement and negotiate availability with overseas factories Interface with international offices to enhance product, resolve quality concerns and develop solutions. Envision, develop and present technical training to Service Team, Sales Force and Area Service Representatives.
