With over 25 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, I am proud to have led Phili-Orient Group of Companies from a modest home-grown business into a multi-award-winning enterprise. Since joining the company in 1997, I have had the honor of guiding our journey from a single office with just five employees to a robust regional presence with four offices and three warehouses, supported by a team of over 300 dedicated professionals. As the Managing Director, my focus has always been on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and building lasting partnerships. We have established strong business relationships with hundreds of corporate clients, ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations. Our consistent delivery of high-quality, end-to-end logistics solutions has earned us a reputation for reliability and innovation in a fast-paced global market. Our expansion has been fueled by our commitment to people—our team, our clients, and our partners. I believe leadership is not just about steering the company forward, but empowering others to grow with it. We invest in talent development and constantly evolve with the industry to meet changing demands. Under my leadership, Phili-Orient has also played an active role in shaping the logistics industry in Malaysia and the region. Driving digital transformation across our operational and customer-facing systems, enhancing speed, accuracy, and transparency.
