Your responsibilities will include researching, monitoring, and analyzing intelligence data, as well as providing critical threat assessments and summaries. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and utilize geospatial software to ensure the safety and security of our operations and missions. Key Accomplishment • Led a team of 5 personnel in executing 71 nationally tasked operations, resulting in the dissemination of over 100 critical tracks. Ensured state of readiness during fleet-level dynamic targeting events. • Facilitated 24 information exchanges by building and briefing 24 products for Coalition partners, significantly improving U.S. engagement efforts and regional influence. • Provided 28 maritime threat assessments supporting 7 NAVCENT task forces in the Area of Operations, delivering vital indications and warnings and supporting force protection efforts. • Managed career development for 3 team members, overseeing 15 career-way points approvals, 20 Career Development Boards, 10 reenlistments, and 5 contract extensions. Earned the 2021 Retention Excellence Award. • Responded promptly to 4 critical requests for information, produced one comprehensive threat assessment, and created a summarized product on 17 Arabian Gulf maritime interactions, detailing significant adversary events.

I served as Lead Petty Officer (LPO), leading 4 sailors to produce 55 executive-level briefs and products, and supported one high-value transit through 5th Fleet Area of Operations providing critical situational awareness for COMUSNAVCENT, senior leadership, and tactical decision makers. Risk Management Framework and Threat Assessment were a critical part of this role. In support of this I provided in-depth analysis of indication and warning reports in CENTCOM Area of Responsibility. I conducted All Source Intelligence Analysis SME in Iran Analysis Division. This information was then compiled into intelligence products utilized for direct threat assessments, enabling 3-star admiral to make informed decisions. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Led 5 joint personnel in CNO-priority mission ensuring state of readiness during 71 Nationally tasked operations, and fleet level dynamic targeting events, resulting in 100+ disseminated tracks. • Contributed 24 information exchanges by building and briefing 24 products for Coalition partners, greatly enhancing U.S. engagement efforts and regional influence. • Provided 28 maritime threat assessments supporting 7 NAVCENT task forces in the Area of Operations, providing indications and warnings and support to force protection. • Led 3 career development team members in all aspects of career development across departments. • Oversaw 15 career-way points approvals, and coordinated the completion of 20 Career Development Boards, 10 reenlistments, and 5 contract extensions, earning the 2021 Retention Excellence Award. • Answered 4 critical requests for information, produced one threat assessment, and created a summarized product on 17 Arabian Gulf maritime interactions detailing significant adversary events. • Volunteered facilitating the safe transit of 7,079 U.S. citizens and evacuees from Afghanistan in support of OPERATION ALLIES REFUGE

Taking a leadership role I served as the Lead Petty Officer. I headed a team of 10 multi-service personnel, overseeing and facilitating intelligence priorities and collection efforts. Pursuing this, my team provided analysis on targets of interests to 50 fleet assets during 70 high interest operations. As in my previous roles, Analysis & Assessment were an integral part of my responsibility. For this I drew from and fused multiple Intelligence disciplines to conduct and create all source intelligence products to brief my commanding officer, as well as enabled product dissemination to fleet forces worldwide. Strategic Planning was another aspect of high priority here. Contributing to the continued development of the intelligence program and held multi-role responsibility under the Research and Development umbrella. I was instrumental in streamlining qualification pipelines, yielding revision of Joint Qualification Requirements, and Special Operating Procedures. Security & Operations Leadership involved guiding a watch team in identifying 300 red force tracks supporting 20 fleet assets and maintaining Common Intelligence Picture during 70 nationally-tasked operations and Fleet-level events, and managed production and dissemination of 50 products in support of fleet operations. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Performed in 3 simultaneous roles, All Source Analyst, GEOINT Analyst, and Collection Manager, processing requests, and generating intelligence products. • Facilitated three GEOINT Collection Manager certifications, and NAVIFORs mission area certification. • Designated global Navy functional lead for Operational Foreign Instrumentations Signals Intelligence. Element of Navy Space Cadre. • Navy Integrated Fires Element Fusion Analyst training lead for 6 joint service personnel executing all-source fusion analysis and imagery for operational and tactical commanders through 15+ exercises and operations, disseminating 240+ tracks, and identifying 360+ red force tracks.

During my time in this position, I continued with Intelligence Product Analysis & Assessment. This revolved around conducting research, collection, fusion analysis, and dissemination of tactical level intelligence products. My efforts supported Naval Special Warfare operations, and I answered 3 theater level requests for information to create 20 intelligence products against theater violent extremist organizations. I created Plans of Action and coordinated the collection integration efforts. This included the integration of THIRDFLT and COMPACFLT collection requirements to develop comprehensive intelligence products resulting in the creation of 8 maritime situational reports enabling commanders to make critical operational decisions in highly dynamic environment. Intelligence Community collaboration was another important aspect of this position. As such, I coordinated efforts between NSWU-1, Mission Support Center, and Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center to illuminate foreign fighter facilitation networks throughout the PACOM AOR and answer Special Operations Command Pacific Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Led 8 sailors through 12 blocks of Unit level training ensuring fully mission capable for deployment across 2 theaters of operation. • While deployed to Naval Special Warfare Unit-One, was Lead Analyst and Mission Planning Agent focused on Violent Extremist Organization (VEO) in the Pacific. • During Bi-lateral exercise FLASH STYLE 15, provided instruction on target development to Sri Lankan Navy intelligence personnel strengthening the relationship with host nation and inter-agency partners. • During 6-month training cycle, facilitated private instruction for 10 intelligence personnel through a mobile training team to address critical training objectives.
