Security & Operations Leadership involved guiding a watch team in identifying 300 red force tracks supporting 20 fleet assets and maintaining Common Intelligence Picture during 70 nationally-tasked operations and Fleet-level events, and managed production and dissemination of 50 products in support of fleet operations. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Performed in 3 simultaneous roles, All Source Analyst, GEOINT Analyst, and Collection Manager, processing requests, and generating intelligence products. • Facilitated three GEOINT Collection Manager certifications, and NAVIFORs mission area certification. • Designated global Navy functional lead for Operational Foreign Instrumentations Signals Intelligence. I created Plans of Action and coordinated the collection integration efforts. This included the integration of THIRDFLT and COMPACFLT collection requirements to develop comprehensive intelligence products resulting in the creation of 8 maritime situational reports enabling commanders to make critical operational decisions in highly dynamic environment. Intelligence Community collaboration was another important aspect of this position. As such, I coordinated efforts between NSWU-1, Mission Support Center, and Kennedy Irregular Warfare Center to illuminate foreign fighter facilitation networks throughout the PACOM AOR and answer Special Operations Command Pacific Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Led 8 sailors through 12 blocks of Unit level training ensuring fully mission capable for deployment across 2 theaters of operation. • While deployed to Naval Special Warfare Unit-One, was Lead Analyst and Mission Planning Agent focused on Violent Extremist Organization (VEO) in the Pacific. • During Bi-lateral exercise FLASH STYLE 15, provided instruction on target development to Sri Lankan Navy intelligence personnel strengthening the relationship with host nation and inter-agency partners. • During 6-month training cycle, facilitated private instruction for 10 intelligence personnel through a mobile training team to address critical training objectives.
