I am a Master of Science in Project Management candidate at Northeastern University with a background in architecture and over 3 years of combined experience as an Architect, Project Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager. My expertise spans construction project management, risk mitigation, sustainable site design, and project controls, with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. In my current role at Callahan Construction Managers, I support an $80M residential development, gaining hands-on experience with RFIs, change orders, subcontractor negotiations, and TAKT scheduling. Previously, at SK Patel & Sons, I streamlined permit approvals, accelerated project closeouts, and resolved on-site issues under strict deadlines, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
