Jay Lim

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies in collaboration with Lancaster University at Sunway University. While studying, I grow a passion for advertising, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior. Especially teamwork, it is the main element we need to perform better in any other field at work. These skills allow me to be more productive and improve myself in many ways. It showcases my talent in analyzing the effectiveness of different advertising appeals as well as applying different marketing strategies in different situations. During my past internship, I have experience in the marketing field as it enhances my hard and soft skills such as increasing my knowledge in social media marketing, branding, competitors, and market research, and working closely together with different departments and teams. It enhances me to have a clearer understanding of the whole process of marketing. Besides, I work as a freelancer as a music producer, which drives me to be more creative by always brainstorming for more ideas. Other than that, I learn advanced music production by myself which proves my determination in willingness to try new things and develop passions in my future. It not only enhances my skills to become more creative but also inspired me to be more open-minded to learn and listen from others. My main career goal is to help any business grow and succeed, having to know that my team and I are growing together motivates me to work harder. I hope to learn more and improve myself to get ready for the new tasks and different challenges in the future. With a heart that is always willing to learn and accept advice, I am seeking opportunities that can help me to develop new experiences and improve through working and exploring more in the marketing industry.
